Looks like a nice place, very beautiful and vibrant and inviting. I hope to go back there soon to visit my relatives, and you captured many different sides of it well. That huge parking garage under construction in the first pic is a bit disconcerting though. If you want true high density and urbanity, you still need to invest more in public transit and other alternatives.
