As entheosfog mentioned, that building is dust (you literally saw it like a day before they started demoing the building, I bet you took the last ever picture of it intact, congrats!) and a 6ish story apartment building is going up in it's place. Over the past 4-5 years it has hosted squatter and druggies since a fire gutted the building and killed a man in the process, sad story building.
As for this thread, amazing, and as much ground as anybody I've seen in a days work. The sleepy winter Sunday vibe is relaxing.
