Such great news for this area! All the suburban minded, auto oriented uses up there. When I saw the brand new Hate-fil-a built and designed perfectly for a highway interchange in anywhere USA I teared up a little. Fingers crossed that we'll scrape all the low slung, low-density development along MLK and see them replaced with walkable, sustainable, charming dense development.
