Acording to a short (not that informative) article on high-rises proposed in Stockholm this tower is up for aproval by the city "within a few days". So that's good 
Also they've got a web-vote thingy next to the article and almost 70% think high-rises do NOt destoy the aesthetics of the city. So the nimby's death-grip on planning for the Inner City here is slipping.
