I hear what you're saying about the financing and agree that that is usually the major hurdle. But I'm not quite as pessimistic about this one. It's a prominent and sizable lot with all the zoning etc. in place. Now that construction financing is starting to get a little easier I wouldn't be too surprised to see movement on this one.

I can think of a few other 2007, 2008 proposals that have just recently seen the light of day, (Cira South for instance).
