I think this design could be a pretty good box; what I think will make or break this building is the glass - it should be highly reflective - and the articulation of the balconies - they should be set back far enough to stand out with railings light enough to leave the setbacks looking continuous. The integration of the old base will also be tricky, but the renderings seem to make it look fine. The thing I'm most worried about is the way that the floor plates already installed keep their curve (you can notice this one the floor plans and subtly on the pictures). We'll have to see how this looks, but it might be fine.

As a plus (if I'm not mistaken) this will be more dense than Waterview. Someone correct me of I'm wrong.
