It will be 20-25 floors of rental apartments above a 6 story parking podium that will likely have ground floor retail.

Also the Paramount Theater site is moving forward with 220 apartments, 23,900 square feet of retail space, 25,828 square feet of commercial space on the second floor and an unknown height. The design will inevitably change as the renders are preliminary. Previous news about it had Frank Gehry designing it.

The corner of Halsey and Williams Street, across from Teacher's Village, will be getting an 18 story tower called The Vibe that will cost $80 Million. It will have 260 luxury apartments and several big name restaurants such as Chickie's and Pete's.

18-22 New York Avenue, a vacant lot that reaches Garden Street, will be getting a 7-story, 70 unit apartment building with renders on the architect's Facebook page. The low-slung brick warehouse across New York Avenue will be getting a 5 story, 60 unit apartment building.
