Ok. They have 9 left. Doesn't change my point that they are selling quite well. Two of the final 9 are Penthouses that might last a while.
And no, they do not hold any condo open for "models." Especially not when they are at the final numbers. Maybe when they had 150 for sale they would have 3 "Models" for showing what a furnished unit would look like.
