The Port Arthur waterfront is virtually unrecognizable from what it was 3 years ago. The grain elevator implosion (pool 6 at the end of John Street) was in December, 2000.
LU is working on building another new building near Oliver Road. The Inntowner closed a few years ago, it's now a parking lot for the new (and much larger) District Social Services Administration Building, but will become a second building for that organization in a couple years.
When's the last time you were in town? I can tell you what has changed.
