It actually looks like the Cosmo next door (the grey building) is going to be taller.
This earlier rendering did have a peak to the complex. But as you can see, almost everything else is changed too. In this view you can see four additional residential towers lining the back of the lot, parallel to Frank Sinatra Drive and I-15, which are still on the drawing board for future development.
