The height is actually 857 feet above the ground and it will be 76 floors. They are going before the Miami Planning board on Wednesday seeking setback variances, the planning department is recommending denying the variances (something to do with fire safety codes). We will see.
Details: It is to have 482 units plus retail space and 314 parking spaces.
