We'll see a NFL stadium before the ESA's demise.

There are actually only Six arena's in the league that are older than ESA:
and only two of them were built in the 60's:
Oracle Arena (1966)
Madison Square Garden (1968)
Palace at Auburn Hills (1988)
Bradley Center (1988)
ARCO Arena (1988)
Target Center (1990)
I have disagree on the NFL stadium before the demise of ESA, I would say a MLB stadium before, but NFL is many many years down the road, if ever. IMO
The owner of the Broncos, currently and will continue to fight SLC getting a team.
