^^^ Precast ages ungodly awfully. That's my biggest problem with it. Just look at that building in River North that they already had to grind and grout only like 10 or 15 years after completion. In this climate the water permeates it and starts to dissolve. Hopefully this will result in reclads for all of these monstrosities in 20 years or so a la Aon Center...

That corner section really isn't that bad. I mean this one is actually semi decent compared to the other monstrosities LaGrange has shat out. The quality seems much higher, even the windows arcedila was complaining about actually appear to be reasonably high quality with much more detail than on other buildings of this type.

This building has a shot at turning out semi decent if they don't cover the roof in warehouse tin...

Given the low expectations I had this one has turned out to be a pleasant surprise so far...
