Good to hear that Sushi Island brought their product back up to the good standard of the rest of the sushi places in town. Last time myself and my girlfriend went there, we left very unsatisfied (fish wasn't fresh, they were out of product like scallop and dessert ice cream) and figured that the cost of the dinner all-you-can-eat versus how long they let you stay in the restaurant eating was putting them in the whole.
Great to see something that looks good. Especially considering there's even more competition with Sushi Nami Royale and Kimchi & Sushi downtown.
