I like the building, nothing special but with the right use of materials could equal or even exceed bentall 5 in looks. It's also deceptively big at 500k sf, it will probably be more substantial than it appears in the renderings.

It will also be quite visible from Stanley Park as it will be taller than anything to the NW of it, it will poke up where the current bentall towers do, lending itself nicely to some roof top signage.

I wasn't expecting anything too tall at this site so all in all this looks good. Given the team behind it I expect it to happen in a relatively expedited fashion and for it to turn out quite handsome.
