Southern Metro Update - The 'Blue Sky' Residential Mixed-Use Project - Downtown Provo
This is the updated iteration of the Downtown Provo Blue Sky Project at 100 East Center Street. There are several department revision requests to be settled before a full approval is granted.
The Project calls for a mix of retail and residential. Residential = 131 units (32 studio, 75 1-bedroom, 24 2-bedroom). There will be 161 parking spaces, plus 20 bike spaces and 28 scooter spaces. Blue Sky has 3 levels of parking (one is underground). There's a courtyard and a roof deck with landscaping.
