Stratford Land has sold its first large parcel at Estancia Hill Country in far South Austin to national homebuilder Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN).
The 107-acre site at the northwest corner of I-35 and Puryear Road will accommodate 383 homes, which will be sold to home buyers beginning in the fourth quarter of this year.
Lennar is the first buyer at the Estancia Hill Country master-planned community, which could include several million square feet of commercial space, including corporate campuses and retail, office and hospitality projects.
