It is in the fast growing Hooter's "breastaurant" category of casual dining with female servers schooled in "touchology" wearing "tiny tartan tops and micro-mini kilts". Other up and comers in the category include Twin Peaks, Honey Shack, and Bone Daddy's House of Smoke.
