I also find PAW a bit bland and generic looking. I think when PAW is done, the Fox tower will still look better. I think Portland is developing quite nicely over these last couple decades. Lots of mid rise buildings with a higher one here and there. It's a good mix. One place I would like to see more tall buildings though is the South Waterfront. It's kind of the theme down there and I think it'd be fun to have a neighborhood that's so starkly different from anything else in Portland. Kinda disappointed by that six story apartment building going up on the waterfront down there.
