The senior housing project is the old surface lot, which has been fenced off, but I haven't seen drilling rigs there, so wouldn't think it would be ready for that level of excavation. I rarely go down that stretch of Robertson where the hotel is going, but will check that out and see if that's the case. Now, if they could only get rid of the CVS that's on the corner of La Cienega and Pico...
