Chinese-backed group plans 2 Bellevue towers with 1,000 housing units, retail
■Plus Investment USA is the local real estate arm of Hong Kong-based Plus Investment.
■Plus Investment USA expects to start construction by early 2016 on two towers with nearly 1,000 residential units at 752 108th Ave. N.E. in Bellevue, company CEO Kevin Corbett said.
