New Plans for Downtown Bellevue Hilton Garden Inn Unveiled

The hotel market is heating up in downtown Bellevue. Four hotels have been in various stages of development in downtown Bellevue and now details for a fifth have been unveiled.
West 77 Partners, the project developer, will construct a Hilton Garden Inn, forecast for occupancy in mid 2016. The hotel will be built on the Washington Square block that now includes West 77 Partners’ Washington Square residential condominiums and Trammell Crow Co.’s 929 Office Tower.
AJH Development Services, Bellevue, Hilton Garden project manager, told the Puget Sound Business Journal that construction for the 254-room project is scheduled to begin in late April 2015.
