In the picture, if I identified it correctly, and I'm sure I did, it looks like a small Lincoln Center except the 4,000 seat theater would be larger than any of the LC facilities.
Just think of all the possible performance venues downtown (capacity)...
- The Ryman (1,298)
- Country Music Hall Of Fame (2@ 776 & 213)
- Bridgestone Arena (20,000)
- Jackson Hall, TPAC (2,472)
- Polk Theater, TPAC (1,075)
- Municipal Auditorium (9,654)
- Schermerhorn Symphony Center (1,844)
- Music City Center (2,773)
- Ascend Amphitheater (1,600)
- Rocket Town (1,500, SRO)
- Riverfront Park-Barges (???)
- City Hall Park
- War Memorial Auditorium (1,661)
- Wild Horse Saloon (1,200)
And proposed Venues
- AEG Theater (4,000)
- AEG Club (600)
- Museum of African American Music (?)
- House of Blues (???)
- So many hotel venues!!!!!!
- Those I can't think of, but I know they are there.
WOW?? Twelve rooms that will hold more than a thousand.
