I was going to post something about the unfolding news regarding the resignation and how it may or may not affect the transit plan somewhere in the Transportation threads but I guess here is as good a place as any.
From what I've gathered the deputy mayor Briley is one of the plans most vocal champions so I have coinfidence it's in good hands. If there is any city in the country that needs a major transit upgrade like this it is Nashville.
