Probably. I went to work in the original WTC after the '93 bombing, went into work every morning fully aware that the building was a giant target. It's just something you deal with and put in the back of your mind. Can't be any different for people that work in other iconic structures, like the ESB, Chrysler, Sears Tower, etc.
But the fear is always there, hanging over your head like the sword of Damocles.
