Regarding the Hunt Club southwest section:
* I strongly prefer the Richmond/Hunt Club widening as opposed to a new corridor, due to impacts of such a wide ROW on NCC land, which for the most part is very environmentally sensitive.
* Several houses would need to be expropriated in stage 1 and more would need to be in the ultimate stage.
* In Stage 1, the number of access points would be limited between Eagleson and Cedarview. In Stage 2, it would be fully controlled access.
* Existing Hope Side Road would remain as a service road in its current configuration with full access to residential communities.
* Is protection possible for a new alignment on the south and west sides of Stittsville out towards Highway 7? Such would likely only need to be 2 lanes initially.
