I'm pretty sure each rack will have a piece of reflective tape approximately 2 inches wide wrapped around the street side of each rack near the top. But yes, the curb stops will also be bright and I think reflective. Someone else handled all the quoting so I'm not aware of the EXACT specs of the "accessories" such as the curb stops and reflective tape.
