The IQ recently updated their Central district master plan along with this image. The new area is simply called North District Phase two. Maybe the research park is now divided into two districts since Salem College is taking over about half of the current South district?

This could be our first glimpse at the long rumored major new 12-story headquarters for the park. Notice that overall, the envisioned building heights are a little taller as well.
