This area is like a mini-Tokyo food alley. They could make better use of the space in an office or condo redevelopment for sure.
Also, I went to Yonge and Bloor and they are setting up a big environmental / site clearing mobile crane. Don't know if it is time to get excited yet.
I will get excited when the shoring rigs show up.
