This time I have a description with the location.

"View from the Student Union building, looking north on Bovard (?) and University Avenue (now Trousdale?)

I haven't found a Bovard Ave. or St. but I found a Bovard Auditorium.

I believe Childs Way used to be Bovard Street. And the red X marks the spot of the photograph.
