I just got back from deployment in December and havent had a chance to build much(plus we moved to San Diego). While i was away though I finally got the Lego Designer to work on my laptop and did these two buildings. The 50's style diner was my first try, followed by Carr's the "Sears" like department store. There is a three story house being started in a coupel of the picks too. I did do a cheesy Best Buy, but didnt liek the building, but i did like some of the products for sale in the store. I hope you guys liek them and I will take all suggestions. Once, we get evrything i have here rebuilt(by April or so) I will post picks of our big city... working on coverting my Hogwarts express to fit on my 9V chassis

each one of these is modular and fits on a standard 32x32 base. so far the cost to buy from Lego is at around $780 the diner sign is driving me crazy, this is the second version of it.. i know it could be better.
