The Ashton Square project is a luxurious seven story u-shaped building made up of 210,000 square feet of residential and commercial condominiums with concrete and steel beam construction to give it strength and durability.

The exterior of the building is designed with the finest materials made from brick, stone, stucco, tile and glass. The roof, decks and window frames are designed with patina colored steel.

The interior is premium material and craftsmanship, with no vinyl or laminates. The application of the finest tiles, woods, and carpeting over cement floors are found throughout each dwelling. Excellent wood cabinets, granite countertops, and sound attenuated walls and ceilings are all part of these one of kind condominiums.

There are 10 different floor plans for 63 luxury residential units that range in size from 1300 to 4000+ square feet. Each unit has at least one large deck, most have more than one, and 14 units have patios that range in size from 1000 to 2000 square feet. All units have access to secured underground parking. Additionally all units are wired for cable and internet as well as Wi-Fi.

The design is a period transition from art deco to prairie. The roof line of the building features a cascading design from the seventh floor down to the main level, providing vistas beyond compare. The white, browns, patina, tan-peach, and maroon work as a palate of combined colors that delights the spirit and charges the senses. The beauty of Ashton Square makes it a special place to live and work.
