Good points... Hadn't thought of it as somewhat of an anchor/assist for Sunnyside but that's just like
wong to think outside the Box.
I'm sure they want this to be a destination with good access which I assume this will have. When you consider that Revesco Properties is involved you know that parking had to be a yuge consideration.
