Thanks Cold! Although I find that the arena could be a catalyst for this neighbourhood (see dub proposal), I'd rather that not be in the Quarters. I really see a resemblance of what the Pearl District in Portland was. Throw in a little Yaletown/Coal Harbour (not so high rise though), some classic Denver infill, and urban housing from Kansas City and voila. Great urban neighbourhood.
