The development area of Dream Mall is 7.8 hectares and its development is divided into 3 phases:
Phase I: Dream Mall + Ferris wheel (Completed)
Dream Mall is the largest shopping mall in Taiwan and the largest in East Asia.
The rooftop amusement park at Dream Mall is the home of the "Kaohsiung Eye" Ferris wheel. Building and wheel have a combined height of 102 metres.
The investment amount is 18.5 billion NT dollars
Phase II: Additional Mall + Office building + Hotel + Residential Complex (Proposed)
Phase II plans to invest in a high-end residential complex, office building and hotel developments as well as to gradually make a full scope business town come true.
The investment amount is more than 11.5 billion NT dollars
The Phase II construction will be started in 2011 or 2012.
