Here is an old one: Detroit's first steel framed office tower, the 13 story Chamber of Commerce building completed in 1895 (it is now 114 years old and while modified, remains intact). Note: Sometimes the 10 story Hammond Building (1889) is called Detroit's first Skyscraper (the definition has changed over the years) but it had load bearing masonry walls.
