Here are some of my thoughts:
Red Ox Inn is good... so is Jack's Grill... (not on your list, but one of the best in the city). Lux is good, (bias as I use to work there) but not the near those other two...
Casual -> Sugarbowl... one of my favorite places in the city.
Sushi -> cheap: I Love Sushi, better: Kyoto Sushi
Pub -> The Druid, Sherlock Holmes (Rice Howard Way location)
Pizza -> Rosebowl
