Great to hear. I lived in Midtown at the end of the last century. It was sweet then, sounds like its getting sweeter! We're in town quite often and usually make it over to Midtown to check things out. We almost pulled the trigger on a condo over in Midtown, but could never bring ourselves to take the safety off.
