Tribeca is rising in St. Louis' West End near the new Delmar Loop Trolley line.
The seven-story, $29 million apartment building is replacing a parking lot in the DeBaliviere Place neighborhood in St. Louis just north of Forest Park.
There will be 165 apartments wrapped around three floors of parking at 5510 Pershing Avenue.
