I thought I should update my previous post showing the ground work for Avalon Park Crest with new pictures of the structure.

These are the latest as of October 10th. In picture 1 you see the foundation including what I believe is the below ground parking garage per the other buildings in the complex. I believe the left side of the building shows level one as the top level where as the far side of the building has levels 2 and 3, and parts of 4 poured as well as some of the elevator shafts. If the tops of the elevator shafts are the top of the building then that would make the building along west park 8 stories tall. Its not clear if these are the top of the building however based on the steel rebars in picture 3 at the corners of the building it would make sense if the building is taller than this (it would also explain the over sized crane. The second to last picture shows the location of the other future park crest building which I believe based on the plans in the sales lobby is also 19 stories above ground.

Thats all for now, I hope things around tysons start getting more vertical so these pictures wont all be about future plans and foundation design.
