It's not out of the ground yet; it has 36 storeys; and the floorplates are quite a bit bigger than we generally see in Vancouver, so it might be a little slower to construct.

sorry, i mean, based on the information disclosed by the developer, the project would complete in 2019. I know it is impossible to completion by this year, even they construct 7/24
