Always nice to see new projects break ground and I'm sure many will shed a tear when the Pepper Building is alive again. That's a day everyone is waiting to see. I hope the Artivity Park can attract more residential and more galleries. The Arts District can use a few more. Thanks you for the weekly updates.

Wow, time flies. Foothills has been with us for 10 years!
They'll be celebrating with 16 parties at 16 breweries up the East Coast. The grand finale will be at they're new tasting room in Winston-Salem this Spring!

The city released an early rendering of what could become of land near LJVM Coliseum and BB&T Field. This rendering is a part of an updated North Central Area Plan that the city plans to adopt next month.

They recommend an exciting year round vibrant mixed-use community that students, fans and citizens can enjoy. This and neighboring Whitaker Park redevelopment can really make this area special.
