Is there a way to get Plaza Tower back online in 12 months? I know Jaeger wanted to do residential but the building was always intended as office. Plus it has parking and easy access to the expressway...
Either way, a tenant commitment for 300,000 SF would be more than enough to unlock a construction loan. That's over 60% of the gross for the building. Not sure what kind of foundation work is needed (if the rumors are true) but an interior buildout with renovated garage, lobby, amenities, facade work, and tenant buildout is more than possible in 12 months.
