Does anyone know what the deal is with 731 St. Charles or whatever was going on at 1050 Annunciation? The latter had work going on with fencing and a dumpster at one point then it all just ceased. Probably financing problems, but wondered if anyone else had more info. Lots of worked planned for that exact area.

isnt 731 under construction right now and supposed move in summer 2018 .. the 1050 project definitely ran into financing issues.. as to whats its futre who knows
