I don't think this would sell more than 25,000 in this market (please read that as "would be lucky to sell). Bruce is big, but he is exactly around the same size as Sir Paul, who only did 24,000.
Is this full band or troubadour acoustic?
Anyway, if flat is the worry, this would easily fit on the Hill.

Only a rumour but it shows how silly the above highlighted comment is! Maybe this is why Halifax loses out on so many events and we have no stadium.

The Boss looks set to be rocking it out in Moncton this summer.
According to the music website Atlantic Canada Rocks, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have been signed to headline the 2012 Magnetic Hill Festival on Aug. 26.
Atlantic Canada Rock reports the official announcement should be coming down soon from the City of Moncton.
“Springsteen would be another great concert for the Maritimes,” said J.C. Douglas, program director at the classic-rock station Q104, about the rumoured show. “Slowly but surely all of rock’s royalties are coming, although I’d like to see a few more come to Halifax.”
If a go, it would be another major score for Moncton. Springsteen could be as large as last year’s U2 concert at Magnetic Hill, which drew a crowd of about 75,000.
Other top acts to hit Moncton in recent years include AC/DC and The Rolling Stones.
“Springsteen fans are incredibly loyal,” said Douglas. “People will come from hours and miles around to see him.”
The 62-year-old rocker is lined up to tour select Canadian cities in late August for his latest release, Wrecking Ball — Springsteen’s first record following the death of longtime E Street saxophonist Clarence Clemons.
“It’s totally worth going where you need to go and spending what you need to spend,” said Douglas.
“No one plays a show like the Boss.”
