Note: The last of the Miami sets. These are the major projects currently in discussion right now. Also, by going back in set 1 and 2 to projects dating 2011, some of those started in the last year or too,
but a majority of them are from 2013 and 2014. Emporis or the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat are good sources to find out every single (mostly) high rise around. If interested in learning more about the projects, use the search feature on SSP or google to go back into the Miami compilation thread as there is info on floors and heights. Later on, information is available, but these sets are what we are currently dealing with at the moment.
