Yep, that's what I would say as well. As for my favorite neighborhood, I'd go with the Strip. At times, I'm somehwat bummed that Pittsburgh has no official Chinatown, but the Strip has that and so much more. It's what I would call more or less an international district; a plethora of cultures squeezed into the span of 20 or so blocks between 10th and 21st streets and Liberty Avenue and the river...
