Left Frame Lofts
I just mentioned in the previous post that Broadway Park was one of the slower projects ongoing in the downtown area.
Another contender would be Left Frame Lofts.
Both those projects are great developments though.
Would love to see a dozen more of each.

The developers for LFL had a tour of the project a few weeks back.

It ended up landing on a miserably cold and rainy day.
Despite this, some hardy folks showed up anyway.

So the interest is there.
And the downtown views will be great.

But the condos are very expensive (for OKC, anyway).
