If you are thinking long-term (as in 20-30 years), then we could see a small skyline (if demand grows).
Keep in mind that it's been over 30+ years since the height limit in Center City was lifted to make skyscrapers possible for Philadelphia.
When you combine talented developers with young start-ups, the sky's the limit.
