Air Arabia connects Bangalore and Sharjah

Mumbai: Air Arabia, the first international low-cost airline to fly to India, has announced that it will start services to Bangalore from 15th October 2007, operating four flights a week between this city, India's IT capital, and its hub in Sharjah. Bangalore will also become the airline's ninth destination in India.
Air Arabia already connects Ahmedabad, Chennai, Jaipur, Kochi, Mumbai, Nagpur and Thiruvanathapuram to the Gulf. From 1st October 2007 it also began operations to the south Indian city of Coimbatore.
